Return, Exchange & Refund Policy
We want you to love your purchase, but if something isn’t quite right, here’s how we can help:
Returns
Unwashed, unworn items with tags attached will be eligible for return within 14 days of receipt of your item(s).
To initiate a return, please email us at sara@carolineswetenburgart.com. Once initiated, we’ll provide a return shipping label and instructions. Please include your name, address, and order number in the returned package. Your refund will be issued within 5 business days of receipt of item. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.
*Please note all sale items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
Exchanges
We offer exchanges for a different size or style within 14 days of receipt of your item(s). Customer will return their original item for a store credit on their next order.
To initiate an exchange for store credit, please email us at sara@carolineswetenburgart.com. Once initiated, we’ll provide a return shipping label and instructions. Please include your name, address, and order number in the package. Your store credit will be issued within 5 business days of receipt of items.
Sale Items
All sale items are final sale and cannot be returned, exchanged, or combined with other discounts unless otherwise noted.
Fine Art Prints
All fine art prints are custom framed and cannot be returned, exchanged, or combined with other discounts.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, we want to make it right. Please contact us at sara@carolineswetenburgart.com within 48 hours of receipt so we can resolve the issue promptly.
If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was submitted, please contact us at sara@carolineswetenburgart.com.
